Padua Path is more than a place to find documents—it’s a long-term investment in your growth, your clients’ success, and the integrity of the Padua model.

We’re building this platform in phases, each one designed to meet you where you are and grow with you over time. Here’s what’s ahead:

Year 1: Resource Repository
We’re starting with the basics: a centralized hub for all your essential tools. From training manuals and client binders to leadership resources, everything you need is organized and accessible.

Year 2: Document–Video Integration
Next, we’ll bring those documents to life with short, focused video walkthroughs. These will help new staff onboard faster and give experienced team members a quick way to refresh their knowledge.

Year 3: Learning Communities
We’ll launch online communities where you can connect with peers across the country. These spaces will include:
  • Discussion forums with prompts 
  • Channels for idea sharing and brainstorming 
  • Peer feedback and group activities 


Years 3–4: Interactive Course Modules
We’ll begin rolling out interactive learning experiences, including:
  • Videos with embedded questions 
  • Quizzes and knowledge checks 
  • Certificates of completion 

These modules will help you deepen your skills and stay engaged with the material.

Year 5: Full Professional Development Courses
By year five, Padua Path will offer full-length courses with:
  • Structured units and assessments
  • Personalized learning paths
  • Certificates of mastery and recognition

These courses will help you deepen your skills and ensure consistency across all Mission Sites.
